At Yetch Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are unworn and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
